Terms of Use

Last updated: October 7, 2026

The app

Media Player (“the app”) is a personal media player and voice recorder for iOS. By downloading or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement, which applies to this app in addition to these Terms.

Your content

The app plays and records media that you provide. You are solely responsible for the media you import, record, store and share, and you represent that you have the rights to use it. Do not use the app to infringe anyone’s copyright or other rights. Your content stays on your device or in your own iCloud account; we do not access it.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own backups of important recordings.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
