For a question, bug report or feedback, contact the IGB team and include “Media Player”, your app version and device model. Never send passwords or other sensitive information.

Adding media

On the Library tab, tap + and choose From Files (audio or video) or From Photos (video). Everything is saved on your device and plays fully offline.

Recording a voice memo

Open the Record tab, tap the red button to start, and tap again to stop. The recording is added to your Library automatically. Use Share to export it or save it to Files.

Playback controls

The Now tab has play/pause, next/previous, skip ±15 seconds, shuffle and repeat (one track or the whole list). Each track remembers where you left off. Volume follows your system volume, and Volume Boost can push quiet recordings louder than the normal maximum.

Ambient background sounds

Under the volume controls on the Now tab, turn on an ambient loop (ocean waves or theta) to mix under your track, with its own volume.

iCloud sync

Sign in to iCloud on your device, then open the gear in the Library toolbar and turn on iCloud Sync. Your library moves to your private iCloud and syncs across your devices. On a new phone, sign in to the same iCloud account and turn the toggle on to restore everything. The app works fully offline either way.

Permissions

You can change microphone and photo-library access anytime in iPhone Settings. Microphone access is only needed for recording; photo access is only used to import a video you pick.
